Physician Clearance Form - to be signed by a licensed medical doctor and dated no earlier than 60 day prior to tryouts, and returned by all past rowers and novice prospects prior to tryouts.
Rower & Parent Contract - to be signed by all past rowers, novice prospects and parents.guardians and returned prior to tryouts.
F.O.R.C.E. Waiver - to be signed by all past rowers, novice prospects and paents/guardians and returned prior to tryouts.
Ridgewood Crew Liability Waiver - to be signed by all past rowers, novice prospects and paents/guardians and returned prior to tryouts.

Forms (In-Season):

Post-Injury or Illness Liability Waiver - to be signed by a parent/gardian and given to the rower's squad coach before resuming training
Stotesbury Team Rules - to be signed by rowers and parents.guardians going on the bus or staying at the hotel for Stotesbury Regatta
Robert Zeller Scholarship Application - Open to Ridgewood Crew seniors. Must be completed and Submitted by June 2, 2011.
