Whenever your rower has a conflict, it is imperative that Boris and Liz are notified immediately so that the schedule can be adjusted. There may be times when it is impossible to rework the schedule but they will do their best. Thanks!
Per RC tradition, the rowers and coaches (sorry, no parents!) kick-off the regatta season with a Pasta Party, which will be held Saturday night, April 2 from 6 - 8 PM in the RHS Cafeteria. We ask that each rower bring something to the pasta party (please see list below). And, Seniors, just bring yourselves!
Whenever possible, please bring food in disposable dishes/trays to make clean-up a breeze for the rowers. If you need an item back, please put your name on the back of the dish and ask your rower to bring it home after the party.

Freshmen Girls: salad -- please bring serving utensils (disposable is best!)
Freshmen Boys: 2-3 loaves of sliced bread (Italian, French, garlic, etc)
Sophomore Boys: 2 one gallon jugs of water, lemonade, or iced tea (no soda, please) -- all leftovers will go to the team tent
Sophomore Girls: finger desserts
Junior Girls & Boys: 1 - 2 lbs of pasta - -any style, hot or cold. Please bring disposable serving utensils.
All returning rowers are encouraged to come to morning runs from 5:45-6:25 at RHS on Tuesday and Thursday! The morning runs are a great supplement exercise as we are focusing so much on technique on the water.
The captains will be working on the RC bulletin board this week so if you have any photos you would like to add please share them with us! The bulletin board is located on the first floor in the main hallway just outside room 112. Come check it out and make your mark!!
WEEKLY RUNS: 5:45 AM at RHS at track on Tuesdays & Thursdays (rain or shine) to get extra exercise as practices are focused on technique.
