Coach Boris and his staff rely on a wide range of data to ensure that the people who make the boat go the fastest end up in the fastest boat. There are many things that make a great rower. The criteria for boat and seat selection are described in detail in the link below. We ask that all rowers and their parents review these criteria before tryouts, and again as water practice commences.
